I remember reading one on the nfic archive, Annesplace.net.
It was by Ultracape, but I forget the exact title of the story. It was a very "rough" story in that torture and non-consensual sex are part of the fic.
Excellent fic in exploring how Lois wants to work, how worried Clark gets about her, what he can do to help her versus hindering her, and of course the nature of sexual power, dominance, etc.
Well worth reading but beware - it is not a WAFF-fest!
