Well, thank you! I'm afraid, though, that the sequel will almost certainly never get written. The Muse has decided it wants to play elsewhere, and in any case, it's an awfully long time since I wrote Misery and I doubt I'd be able to get back into the world I created for it. Sorry to disappoint!
