Perry and Jimmy give him the once over, then... PERRY You want to run that by me again? CLYDE It ain't that confusin', Pops. You got my car and I want it back. (the smile disappears) Now hand 'em over. PERRY I don't know what your game is friend, but that car's on loan from a collector to my newspaper. CLYDE Newspaper man, huh? You boys always were gutsy. (and then) Bonnie! A woman, BONNIE PARKER, mid 20's, a real beauty in a classic "moll" dress, steps from behind a row of bushes brandishing an old-fashioned TOMMY GUN. As she trains it on them... Carjacking, armed robbery... when the Feds catch up with you, you'll both be going away for a long time! BONNIE We've already been away for a long time. CLYDE (disdainful) The Feds. You think I'm afraid of Hoover? JIMMY (aside, to Perry) Why would a vacuum cleaner company want them? PERRY (looks at Jimmy, then) J. Edgar Hoover. Was head of the FBI for forty-eight years. CLARK Hi, Bobby. BOBBY BIGMOUTH (mouth full) Mmnmph. CLARK That was Jimmy. You're not going to believe this. Al Capone paid Perry a visit. LOIS What? How many more of these characters are out there?
